Hand us the event and we take it from design through load-out. One team, one number to call.

What we cover

Five kinds of event.

  1. Theatre

    Multi-performance runs with a wireless package for the cast, a programmed lighting plot, and an operator at the board every night. Tech week is coordinated with your director and stage management before opening.

  2. Corporate Events & Conferences

    Lectern and wireless microphones, sound that carries to the back of the room, and a screen that can be read from there. Cameras and image magnification when the room is deep enough that the stage stops being visible.

  3. Houses of Worship

    Sunday mornings, holiday services, and the ones that only happen once. We work around the worship calendar, and we are used to handing the room back to a volunteer team at the end of it.

  4. Galas and Fundraisers

    A ballroom, a podium, a video that has to play exactly on cue, and a program that runs to a schedule. Uplighting for the room and a wash for the stage.

  5. Concerts and Live Music

    Club stages, school auditoriums, and outdoor sets. PA, monitors, and an engineer mixing front of house for the whole set.

What we bring

Audio, lighting, projection, power.

Get one of them wrong and the room does not work, so we plan them as one system.

  • Audio

    PA and monitors sized to the room, wireless microphones with the frequencies coordinated ahead of the date, and a console with someone behind it.

    Front light, wash, and effect fixtures on a programmed plot, or a single stand in the corner of a room. DMX control either way.

    Requirements brief and a ballpark

    Tell us the date, the venue, the headcount, and what is on the program. We come back the same week with a ballpark and a short list of what we would need to see to firm it up.

  2. Planning

    Equipment list, crew, schedule, itemized quote

    Once we have site access or a venue layout, we specify the equipment, lock the crew, and put a number on it. The quote is itemized, and anything that would move the total is raised with you first.

  3. Execution

    We arrive inside the load-in window, set the room, run the show, and take it out. On a job we are running, the lead engineer is on site through the event.
