A hard beam of light crosses a hazed theatre stage from a focused fixture at the right onto a built two-storey set, with a coloured overhead rig washing the haze above it and practical lanterns burning on the facade.

Anyone can rent you a speaker.

Knowing which one, how many, and what has to go with it is the job. Rentals and event production across New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Send the date, the venue, and the headcount — you’ll have a plan and a price, usually within one business day.

How a request works

Three steps.

  1. You tell us about the room

The date, the venue, roughly how many people, and what has to happen in front of them.

  2. We put a plan together

A specific list of equipment in plain language, with what each piece is for and what comes with it. If your list is missing something you will need on the day, we say so before you book.

  3. You get a quote and a person

Usually within one business day. Delivery, setup, and pickup are line items in it. If anything changes, you call the same people who wrote it.

A speaker on its own is not a sound system.

The most common reason a quote has to be redone is that the original request was for the obvious part and not the rest of it. So we list the rest of it up front and quote the job complete, with the things that make it work on the day already in the number.

Quoted with the job

  • Stands, clamps, and safety cable for anything that goes up
  • All signal and power cabling the run needs
  • Power distribution where the building panel needs it
  • Delivery, setup, and pickup inside the quoted window

Have a date in mind?

Send us what you know so far. You will hear back, usually within one business day, with a plan you can put in front of whoever has to approve it.
